We also field a team for the Watford Veterans Outdoor League( Vets) and the Watford & District Gala which is held at Kings Langley.  See our Vets page for further details.

Club Competitions  A variety of club competitions are organised during the playing season for  members. Many of these culminate in an end-of-season Finals Day. This normally takes place in early September.Details will appear on  the noticeboards at the Clubhouse, as well as the website.

Open Days  Each year the Club runs several Open Days when members of the public are invited to try their hand at playing lawn bowls on our green. The aim is to introduce  new people to the game, explain how it is played and provide some coaching.

For information about our Open Days please  see our How to Become a Member page.

Skills Days  From time to time, the Club runs one or more Skills Days, where coaching is provided for both new bowlers and those who would like to improve their game.
